Welcome to disko! Our daily schedule features a variety of classes to help you stay strong, centered, and mobile. Additionally, you will find pop-up events, classes, and workshops throughout the year. Be sure to check Fitdegree and pre-register for classes.

Disko Flow

Our music driven disko flows are designed to challenge, inspire, & empower you! Your teacher will mindfully guide you through a series of poses designed to strengthen, stretch, and ignite your curiosity around how you move and how you think. Leave feeling destressed.

Dynamic Flow Into Meditation

This warm class begins with creative flows that link breath and movement and transitions into yin (seated postures) ending with meditation & a cool towel. Leave feeling centered.

Disko Hot Pilates

Disko Hot Pilates begins with Sun Salutations to powerfully drop-in to breath and warm up your body. From there, you can expect a series of low impact pilates exercises with variations given to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. Leave feeling rejuvenated.

Inferno Hot Pilates

This high intensity, music driven, low impact class based around Pilates Principles will strengthen your core and transform your body composition. Variations are given throughout for all fitness levels. Leave feeling empowered.

Disko Flow Into Yin

We will get the class going with flow (yang) to give you an empowering, sweat inducing, mindful flow and then transition into an extended yin comprised of seated poses to relax and improve flexibility and joint mobility. Leave feeling calm.

Rooftop Flow Classes

Step out of the studio and enjoy sky vibes during rooftop flow! Leave feeling inspired.

How hot are classes?

Most classes are heated however we do not heat the classes up to what you might consider “hot” (at 100+). Florida humidity will make classes feel warmer making 100 degrees not only unnecessary but unsafe. Our classes sit around 85 degrees. We expect you will find classes to inspire a good sweat without the dangers of overheating & over stretching. That being said, be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day before class, as you would prepping for any sweat inducing workout, and consult your doctor prior to making heated classes part of your regular routine.

Studio Guidelines

1. We begin class right on time and cannot admit students into the studio after class has already started. Also note that we lock the front door after class has begun.

2. We love full classes! But they do require a little more organization. In the event your class is full, your teacher may direct you as to where to lay your mat or ask you to move over to make room for a fellow yogi.

3. Please avoid chatting with friends/fellow yogis after your class has already begun so that you and your fellow classmates can reap the benefits of a focused practice. Prior to class starting, be mindful of discussion volume.

4. Please wait until all of the students from the previous class has exited the studio room before entering to set up.

5. We recommend you bring your own mat but we do have some entry level mats available for rental.

6. Blocks, weights, bolsters, blankets, and straps are available for your use in the yoga room. Please wipe down any loaners before putting them back. If you need assistance, your teacher is here to help.

7. Please leave shoes and bagged belongings in your locker or in the boutique area & make sure your phone is on silent. We ask that you avoid using your phone/watch during class.

8. For your safety, weights are not permitted during non-weighted classes and sessions. Please see your teacher for instruction on what props you will need for class.
