Joining with disko students and their families in Italy is a dream come true for us! There is the element that is very magical and specific to the area in it’s history, the activities we will do together, and of course, the food! But there is another quality that is so Disko in our theme, Revive and Realign. This retreat offers the opportunity for accelerated personal growth and we are so excited to experience that with you.

*Minor changes may be made depending on things like costs, weather, etc as we are still a ways out from the retreat start date. An exact itinerary will be sent out to each guest closer to the retreat start.
The Package
*All bedrooms have bathroom en suite.
*Note, we are still developing our retreat schedule and expect to offer an additonal town excursion + optional additional hike. We also want to make sure you have down time/relaxation time at the villa and can take advantage of it’s sauna and hot tubs.

Optional add ons: town visit to Arezzo via train. This will be scheduled during one of the days “free time”. You will have the option to join a group in Arezzo or spend time relaxing at the villa.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Should you be unable to attend, you can send a replacement or forward your deposit to a future disko retreat.

See if your phone service offers a temporary international add on & check rates. They tend to run $12 per day. Or you will need to purchase a sim card.
Long flight recommendations: Be sure to check TSA rules. Compression socks, eye mask, neck pillow, microfiber towel that can double as a blanket, portable phone charging bank, book/kindle/word search, blutooth connector for airline headphone jack, body wipes.
